Siefkes, Dirk

Siefkes, Dirk studied Mathematics, University of Heidelberg. Full Professor, Theoretical Computer Science, Technical University of Berlin, since 1973. As computers change life everywhere he went from mathematical theories in search for a more general, cultural theory connecting CS with other fields and with applications (joint work). Projects: “Social History of CS”, “Understanding CS through History”. Emeritus since 2003.
