Chair of the section/Suggestions, Abstracts, Papers to:
Email: Gennady Uzilevsky (Orel, Russia)

ABSTRACT: The post-industrial civilization has been in a process of formation throughout the world since the final quarter of the last century. This development has been accompanied by ecological, economic, industrial, cultural (ideological, moral, pedagogic), social, etc. crises.

It is therefore the aim of this section to discuss:

Simultaneously it is helpful to consider:

These issues for discussion prompt us to suggest that the post-industrial civilization will exert a positive influence on the appearance of new forms of interaction in a personality-oriented civil society, a social-oriented market economy and a democratic legal state. New forms of democratic order seem to be coming into being. These and other propositions (for instance, the cultural, political and sociological aspects of the functioning and management of political, social and state institutions) should be considered.

Please send a brief ABSTRACT (maximum 800 characters) for a lecture of 20 minutes plus 10 minutes for discussion NO LATER THAN SEPT. 30, 2003 to: Gennady Uzilevsky

(The abstracts will of course be accepted with pleasure much earlier, too, because this would facilitate planning significantly.) Please indicate your complete school or professional affiliation and address along with your email address.
