R.M. Rilke's Poetic previsions of the coming times and globalisation problems

Rilke is looking through time into Eternity. And from the depths of Eternity he foresees the tendencies development: the increase of rumble drowning the silence, the supremacy of rigidity of "marvellous meander", and the mounting passions that rush past the Eternal, past the meaning of life, past the inexhaustible sources of being.

Superficial unification leads to standardization, separation from the common depth results in people's estrangement from one another and spiritual disunity.
