Eraslan Gercek, Seyda – TRANS

Eraslan Gercek, Seyda, born in 1980 in Turkey, holds a BA in Translation and Interpreting at Hacettepe University, Ankara, an MA in Translation and Interpreting at Dokuz Eylül University, Izmir and is a PhD student in Translation and Intercultural Studies at the University of Rovira i Virgili, Spain. She worked in the Ministry of Finance in Ankara as a translator and interpreter between 2002 and 2004. Currently she is a Research Assistant in the Department of Translation and Interpreting at Dokuz Eylül University and works as a freelance interpreter in international projects.
