Fung, John, Dr. PhD. (The University of Hong Kong), is Research Director, Hong Kong Council of Social Services. He has work extensively for projects promoting social wellbeing of people with information and communication technologies (ICT) in China and overseas. He is one of the leaders/pioneers for promoting ICT for social development in Hong Kong.
