Purkyně University in Ústí n/Labem. Research interests: Teachers´ Professional Self-Concept, Education of Romany children at Special basic Schools in the Czech Republic. The Causes and Mechanism of the Creation of Educational Barriers of Different Sociocultural Back round Members and the Formulation of the Strategies for their Surmounting (Co-worker).
