Karakasidis, Theodore, PhD: PhD in Physics, Paris 6, France. Master in Materials Science, Paris 6, France. BSc in Physics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Currently working as a Lecturer of Applied Physics in the School of Engineering, of the University of Thessaly, Volos, Greece. Fields of research: Computational Materials Science, Statistical Physics and Interdisciplinary Applications, Dynamical Systems, Time Series and Chaos. Involved in several research programs funded by the European Union and the Greek Government. Published research results in international journals as well as international and national conferences. Member of the European Physical Society, the American Physical Society, the Materials Research Society and the IEEE Computer Society.
