Kuluev, Kaarmanbek K. – TRANS

Kuluev, Kaarmanbek K., student at the Kyrgyz National university of Jusup Balasagyn (Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan). He is majoring in Public Administration. His research is based on state’s policy and public tendencies, which shape polity of publicly elected state officials. He completed courses on International Politics and Contemporary Problems of Government and Politics in University of Oslo (Oslo, Norway). Also, he completed course of future mass media in Vidzeme University College (Valmiera, Latvia). Currently he works as free lance journalist for Kyrgyz service of Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty.
