Moravcová, Iva, PhD.: director of the company IQI – Individual Quality Increase Ltd (specializes in HR consulting and implementation activity in the field of HR audits, processes, management development and education). Lecturer at the University of Economics – Business Economics Faculty in Prague. Member of the Team of Auditors during the comming of the first foreign investor into the Pilsen Urquell. Manager of the the daily MF DNES for the Czech Republic. In the Czech Telecom HR manager for Management Development and internal advisor for the Top Management. Currently under her leadership of an HR project four companies form a fusion: Jablonex, Česká mincovna (Czech mint), Železnobrodské sklo (Zeleznobrod glass factory) and Ornela. IQI provides for the ČSA Inc. (Czech Airlines) diagnosis for business for “flying staff”. Cooperation in long-term with companies from the field of medicine, services, manufacturing companies but also state institutions. In the framework of the professional lectures she cooperated with the agency Czech Trade and she supports the foundation of Tomas Bata – Junior Achievement.
