Zatsman, Igor: Head of the department at the Institute for Informatics Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Received a PhD degree in informatic fundamentals from the Institute for Informatics Problems in 1986. His research interests and activities include cognitive analysis and the semiotic framework for knowledge representation in information systems and concept retrieval in digital libraries. He is the author of the monograph “Concept Retrieval and Information Quality” (2003, in Russian).
