ABSTRACT:

The development of human genus in the XXI century is determined by outer and inner factors. Outer factors are post-industrial civilization; economy of service; federalist principle of organization of state, societal, economic, etc. institutions; science-capacious and information technologies; nature and cosmos as material-ideal-spiritual formation, and indigo children. Inner factors include generic Homo as unitary material-ideal-spiritual creature that possess five dimensions (biologic, symbolic /cosmic/, psychological, cultural, social) and generic symbolic creature with its mentality. Revealing of these factors has been stimulated to consider innovations, reproductions and traditions essentially, but not analytically or descriptively that took place up to the last time.

Innovations that are based on cultural, scientific, social and technical mentalities, are the class of new methods, customs, devices that constitutes a new look at the world, economy, society and state formation and functioning and a new way of doing things under the influence of inner and outer factors of human genus, economy, society and state development. The former are oriented at renovations of all spheres of society life.

Tradition is a certain set of mentality programs, languages and codes of social, professional, confessional groups, peoples and nations that is directed at conservation and reproduction of human genus; supporting of social order; displaying of harmony, beauty and love, etc.

Reproduction is a continuous renewal of people; various societal forms; politic, cultural, economic and other relations; material wealth on the basis of innovations and traditions interaction under the impact of inner and outer factors of human genus, economy, society and state development. The inner and outer determinants of innovations, reproductions and traditions development are found out, the mechanisms of their displaying in the conditions of post-industrial civilization and economy of service are revealed.
