Deadlines

These deadlines are real deadlines. We cannot allow any exceptions or exceeding the deadlines for organisatory reasons (we expect 7000 participants from about 100 countries). Please send your various mailings early to guarantee acceptance.

  • May 2006: Acceptance of section registration
  • September 2006: Acceptance of conference contributions by section leaders
  • 5th October 2006: Press conference
  • April 2007: final date for the registration of sections
  • September 2007: final date for the acceptance of contributions to sections
  • October 2007: Final date for reservations in hotels, guesthouses, youth hostels
  • October 2007: Transmission of the section program by section leaders
  • December 2007: The printed program will be available
  • December 2007: Send your contributions for publication (deadline 31.5.2008)
  • October 2008: Begin of the presentations of the conference outputs (Hardcover book, CD, DVD)
