Undoubtedly eating, drinking, housing, health, information, communication, education etc. basic needs, which must be provided for all in sufficient measure in the context of structural politics. Therefore - and for other reasons as well – there is a concentration on the agrarian and industrial production. What is not necessary is that education, information, communication and the public sphere are structured by these forms of production.
It ensues from this that for the construction of a new (virtual) infrastructure one cannot do without the following virtual structures:
Access to knowledge (recognize, read, write, interpret, design, tell, play, act)
Differentiated, pluralist and democratic public for the alignment of knowledge
Ability to organize (networking)
Ability to cooperate
Just social safeguards
For that one needs to change the formation, the framework for organisations (societies, concerns), the juridical framework, the representation of interests, and in this way one can create a new (virtual) infrastructure, with which one can overcome the central problems such as poverty, mass unemployment. For the central problem of current infrastructures is the exclusion of people from the new possibilities and silence about the central problems of today’s developments.
