Only Section Chairs receive travel and hotel expenses and have the Conference Fee waived. Accommodations will be in the Etap Hotel (U3 Station: Gasometer). Plane tickets will be made available or the costs covered after prior agreement.
In return, it is necessary to organize a section of at least 5 speakers (in addition to the Section Chair). This minimum number must also actually participate (otherwise the expenses will not be covered). In addition, the Section Chair must moderate the section as well as collect and edit the contributions. INST will assume the responsibility for organizing the publications (Hardcover Book, DVD, CD) and their presentation worldwide.

The application should contain the following information:
- Name/Section Chair)
- Email
- Brief Biography (half page, listing major research topics and publications)
- Section Title
- Abstract (half page maximum)
At the same time or later the following information needs to be submitted:
- Participants (5 to 35)
- Topics of the Speakers
- Abstracts of the Speakers
- Email-Addresses of the Speakers
Incomplete or incorrect registrations or other submissions will be returned.
