INST will charge a conference fee only for the Plenary Session in the Congress Center on 9 December 2005 from 9:00 A. M. to 12:30 P.M. Unless otherwise indicated, all other activities are available with free admission.
The conference fee is waived for Section Chairs and Speakers. Students receive a 50% reduction.
Travel expenses will be covered only for Section Chairs who fulfill all of the requirements (see: Registration of Sections). All other participants must assume financial responsibility for the costs of their own travel and accommodation. They can, if needed, receive a letter of support.
For participants, who are neither Section Chairs nor Speakers and whose trip requires a visa, a fee of 40 Euro will be charged if you require letters to embassies, etc. The transfer of this fee is a prerequisite for further correspondence, since this has often proved to be time consuming and unproductive.
