Primacy of Human Being as the Basic of Interaction of Civil Society Institutions with Organs of State and Local Authorities

ABSTRACT:

The experience of interaction of Public chamber of Orlovskaya region with local self-government through the plenipotentiary of the chamber and members of expert commissions in city’s Soviet of people deputies is analyzed. Much thought is being given to rise the quality of citizen’s life, especially of the urban poor. Much work is in progress for the betterment of demographic situation in the city.

The mechanisms of influence of Public chamber and public non-commercial organizations of Orlovskaya region upon obtaining and realizing solutions by organs of authorities are considered. Various joint projects of public organizations with organs of authorities aimed at the betterment of spiritual, cultural and social life are described.

The interaction of public organizations of Orlovskaya Region, Commonwealth of Independent states, European Union, countries of South America, etc. concerning the defence of human rights is discussed. In this regard the practical results of public organization activities are described. It is shown that they are directed at

• giving the international cooperation strength;
preserving spiritual values;
developing people‘s diplomacy;
supporting of compatriots abroad; betterment of spiritual state of society.

The outlined information indicates that the activities of civil society institutions in Orlovskaya region has aided in realizing the value and significance of unique potential of every human by authorities for development and prosperity of the country.
