ABSTRACT:

The being and development of post-industrial civilization and economy of service have aroused a considerable interest in the research of changes, which take place in civil societies of countries with different political, cultural, and economic conditions. It is therefore the aim of this section to discuss various methods, which are used for personality oriented civil society research; inner and outer determinants of the latter; the importance of knowledge about the human genus, generic human being and national traditions for the successful realization of the transformation process. Simultaneously it is helpful to consider structures of personality oriented civil society, its vertical and horizontal ties with other social institutions, the role and place of the chain “human being <––> law <––> culture <––> economy <––> society <––> state” in the transformation process.
