Japan’s Welfare Policies for Marriage Based Immigrants

ABSTRACT:
Against the marriage emigration, the Japanese authorities is limiting the object of social welfare possibility. The person that acquires Japanese nationality or the permanent residence comes to share a lot with social insurance and the life guarantee. But this social insurance is indicated with the problem, that is the increase and the unfair feeling of the receiver.
On the other hand, the social welfare for the foreigner aims the achievement of the multicultural society and the symbiosis and is developed as follows; the pursuit of the change of Japanese society, improving the multilingual and multicultural service system, the expansion of Japanese educational program, the foreigner support due to the service agency or a system, the education of the hygienic, medical, welfare specialist, the lecture on the understanding of other cultures.
